choose a role in it.
As a constructivist psychotherapist with intercultural background I approach therapy relationally and integratively. I encourage both of us to have an open and flexible mind while we explore together what you choose to bring to the safe and welcoming environment of our sessions. Within our process, I help you become aware that we construct the world rather than seeing it objectively. Therefore, we all have the ability to devise better life alternatives for ourselves.

Book an introductory session

    Psychotherapy

    Psychotherapy is a complex journey that a therapist and a client / couple embark on together. Each session is an act of exploration of your inner world and dynamics you co-create. It is also a reflective process where you learn more about the lens you’ve been using to look at yourself and the world through.

    As we build a safe relationship and nurture curiosity about the mind, you will learn more about the perspective through which you look at yourself and the world. You will discover the stories that shaped your reality and decide which ones serve you today. You will see certain life roles that you have chosen to keep for yourself in life.

    Through a gradual process of emancipation from everything that no longer serves you, you become free to be the person you want to be today and co-create meaningful sustainable relationships.

    Coaching

    Unlike psychotherapy which aims at exploring deeper layers of your inner world and its origins, coaching provides you with a different kind of support. It is helpful when you’re seeking to improve decision-making and self-management skills or find ways to utilize your potentials more effectively.

    In an interactive dialogue, we engage with the parts of your psychological world that are relevant to where you want to grow and create ways to nurture them.

    Workshops and trainings

    If you’re seeking to learn or improve some aspect of our mental health in a short period of time, the most effective step may be to attend some of my trainings and workshops.

    Workshops are short educational and experiential meetings that offer insight and techniques about a particular topic in informal and interactive way.

    Trainings are carefully designed to meet the needs of your team and provide a transformative and educational experience for all involved.
